Sprocket tönn prófíll
The tooth profile of the sprocket must ensure that the chain enters and exits the mesh smoothly and energy-savingly, minimizes the impact and contact stress of the chain link during meshing, and is easy to process. The tooth profile of the commonly used sprocket is shown in Figure 1. It is composed of three arcs aa, ab, cd and a straight line bc, referred to as three arc-straight tooth profile. The tooth profile is processed with a standard tool. It is not necessary to draw the end tooth profile on the sprocket work drawing. You only need to indicate "the tooth profile is manufactured in accordance with 3RGB1244-85" on the drawing, but the axial profile of the sprocket should be drawn. Refer to the relevant design manual for its dimensions.
Uppbygging tannhjóls
Mynd 2 sýnir fjórar algengar tannhjólabyggingar. Lítið-keðjuhjól í þvermál er almennt úr samþættri gerð (Mynd 2a), miðlungs-þvermál keðjuhjól er að mestu leyti úr eika gerð. Til að auðvelda meðhöndlun, uppsetningu og þyngdarminnkun eru göt gerð á geimplötunni (Mynd 2b). Hægt er að búa til stóra-þvermál tannhjóls í samsetta gerð (Mynd 2d), á þessum tíma geta hringgírinn og hjólkjarninn verið úr mismunandi efnum. Til dæmis, C45, ryðfríu stáli og öðrum efnum.
Sprocket efni
Efnið á tannhjólinu ætti að tryggja að gírtennurnar hafi nægan styrk og slitþol, þannig að yfirborð tannhjólsins er yfirleitt hitameðhöndlað til að ná ákveðinni hörku.
